Thank you for your interest in sponsorship from BioForce, the makers of Myo-Med. We proudly support many great events that relate to the theme “Live Active”, especially events that help support charities or the environment.

To help save you time, streamline our process, and spare a countless number of trees, all our requests are being accepted online. Please submit an Online Sponsorship Request today!

Due to the number of proposals we receive, your application must be submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance of your event to be considered.

Please do not print our logo on any of your promotional materials until you receive sponsorship confirmation from us for this year. We understand that you incur significant expense producing event materials, but we cannot be held responsible for anything printed without our knowledge or confirmation of sponsorship.
